Apple will present a series of new iPhones later this year. Among other things, an ‘advantageous’ copy, in the form of a 6.1-inch iPhone with LCD screen. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo already gave a sketch about the possible colors of this new iPhone. The Japanese weblog Macotakara now has an addition to the color range.
According to the Japanese, the 6.1-inch iPhone comes in the colors White, Black, Flash Yellow, Bright Orange, Electric Blue and Taupe. These are striking tones and will be a simple point of reference to distinguish the 6.1-inch iPhone from the rest. For example, a device like the iPhone X will not come on the market in such colors, because yellow or orange are simply not the most prestigious colors.
Apple has not done a color circus since the iPhone 5C. The current range is even a bit boring with conventional shades such as gray and black. With the 6.1-inch iPhone, Apple seems to want to revive the color palette.
